The Special Issue titled “Emerging Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Multidisciplinary Intelligent Systems” aims to provide a multidisciplinary academic platform for researchers, academicians, scientists, and technology professionals to explore recent advancements, emerging challenges, and innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and intelligent computing technologies across diverse fields. This Special Issue brings together research contributions focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), autonomous systems, and advanced data-driven technologies. It highlights the growing role of intelligent systems in transforming research methodologies, decision-making processes, automation, and digital innovation. The scope extends to interdisciplinary applications of AI in healthcare, education, cybersecurity, defence technologies, business intelligence, smart infrastructure, and assistive technologies. Particular emphasis is placed on privacy-preserving AI, explainable and trustworthy intelligent systems, autonomous decision-making, early disease detection, personalized learning, and AI-enabled monitoring and management solutions. By integrating theoretical perspectives, technological frameworks, critical reviews, and application-oriented research, this Special Issue seeks to encourage scholarly collaboration, promote responsible AI development, and advance innovative solutions to contemporary scientific, technological, and societal challenges. Published in the BODHIVRUKSHA JOURNAL OF DIVERSE DISCIPLINE (BJDD), this Special Issue aims to contribute to academic knowledge, interdisciplinary research, and the development of intelligent technologies that support sustainable innovation and societal progress.

Urban drainage channels are often inspected only after water-logging has begun, and most low-cost IoT monitors raise a single alert when a water-level threshold is crossed. This paper reviews twenty studies on IoT blockage detection, level-based blockage analysis, ultra...
Large Language Models (LLMs) form the basis of multiple generative applications today, but these systems are mostly stateless which means that information keeps outside the context window disappears when the session is closed. Such limitations complicate personalization...
Even though LLMs can solve different kinds of tasks without training, the quality of the answer depends on the formulation of the request. Prompt Engineering is the art of formulating a question right. There are many ways to do it, they differ in terms of their design,...
Clean drinking water is fundamental for the welfare of humankind, and although many efforts are being made in the direction of automated water quality monitoring, the process of sampling sensors manually and sending them to a lab where their content undergoes chemical a...
Late diagnosis or identification is the cause for the severe complications in heart valve disease. Though echocardiography reveals valve structure and function quite well, valve anatomy interpretation along with Doppler flow and clinical measurements would need expert o...
Unexpected equipment stoppages can interrupt production, increase maintenance costs and reduce manufacturing consistency. This paper presents a low-cost Internet of Things (IoT) prototype for machine-condition monitoring as a foundation for predictive maintenance in sma...
Before a bug report can be assigned to anyone, somebody has to decide what kind of problem it describes, how serious it is, how soon it needs attention and which component it touches. In busy projects this triage work piles up, and two people reading the same report oft...
